I grew up on a farm in rural Illinois before heading to Concordia University Texas and Texas Tech University for my education.
My journey into hearing care began in college, when I met my girlfriend—now my wife—and was introduced to her sister, who is deaf and uses cochlear implants. That experience opened my eyes to the world of audiology and inspired me to pursue this specialty.
As one of the owners here, my day-to-day responsibilities include seeing patients, supporting our team in whatever they need, and ensuring our business stays on the right financial path. I especially enjoy the hearing conservation side of our work, as it often takes us out of the office and into the community.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my family, especially hiking together at state or national parks!

If you could have dinner with one person, who would you choose?
I would choose my Grandpa Pratt, because I never got to meet him, and I would love to see his personality and ask him all the questions I was never able to.
What is your favorite sports team?
All teams at Texas Tech University, and for the NFL, it’s the DA Bears!
