Most onsite audiograms take five to seven minutes per worker, including a brief otoscopic look at the ear canal, the audiogram capture, and a quick word about hearing protection. Add a minute or two on each side for badge in, the headset, and the walk back to their station, and you're looking at roughly ten minutes door-to-door.

For larger facilities, we schedule waves so production lines don't pause — six to ten workers cycle through per hour without bunching at the booth. Our mobile crew dispatches from the Babcock Rd office and routinely travels across Bexar County and the surrounding region — Schertz, Cibolo, Live Oak, Universal City, Boerne, Helotes, Leon Valley, and New Braunfels are all on our regular run. Longer-distance worksites in South-Central Texas are handled case by case depending on workforce size and how much testing is in scope.

We coordinate the route, parking, and power needs ahead of time so your facility doesn't lose time on logistics the morning of the visit. A standard visit covers otoscopic ear-canal exams, baseline or annual audiograms, and same-day comparison to prior records for every employee in your hearing conservation program. We provide the booth, audiometers, headsets, sterilized supplies, and the on-site technicians and supervising audiologist — your facility just provides the workers and a quiet corner.

Final reports include each worker's audiogram, any standard threshold shifts flagged for follow-up, recommendations for refit or retest, and the documentation OSHA expects to see at audit.
